Irregular, imperfect and discontinuous, this texture has a weave that is simultaneously coarse and clean, decisively material to the touch. This effect is achieved with a three-phase treatment, which, after the rough hewing of the slab, almost “sculpts” the stone with the bush hammering, creating very tiny cracks, which are then cleaned again with high-pressure water jets.
